History of My Name...

Name is a pray which given by your parents. That is parents’ expectation that you will be like your name. Name is not only pray and expectation but also name is like symbol for yourself. Every name is meaningful. The beautiful name not necessarily beautiful meaning but beautiful meaning of course have beautiful name and that is has an effect on our self hehe. J

And here I want to share about my name.

One bright night on October 21, 1992 when a beautiful baby was born in the small village in the central Lampung. Siti Qomariyah, that is name that beautiful baby who give from my parents. The beautiful name that she have. Why Siti Qomariyah? Because when I was born exactly there is full moon in the sky and brighten the entire world. Her name have structure of Arabic language that are Siti and qomariyah that mean Siti is a women or Princess and Qomariyah is full moon. So her name mean that the princess of moon. This is my parents’ expectation to become their child like a moon which beautiful, peace, calm, bright the world and give happiness with all of people.

I think that is the beautiful name which I have because that is the big think which my parents give for me although that name is not from my parents only. Who is giving my name itself that are my father and my brother, why? Because actually my father has great desire to give name baby with siti so when I was born he give me Siti as my name and my brother added with Qomariyah which take it from the moon in Arabic language. I think this is the big prize which I get from my brother.

I think this name is appropriate to me because I think this is suitable with me, my personality. I like with this name besides it is have good meaning this name also unique for me because I think this is have different with other and also have different history. It is special for me.

Change name? I am never thinking about it because I think this the good and beautiful name from my parents. I believe that whatever which parents give with me it is the best for me because there is no parents who give the bad thing for their child. Even if there is option the other name I will still choose my name Siti Qomariyah because I think it is the best name which I have. It is the big thing from my parents which I get. I love my parents.
