What can we do without technology now? Yeah I ever hear that technology is everything for human. Everything we can do with technology and today technology being part of learning especially in language learning. In English learning technology can be used for listening, reading, writing and also speaking. Now, teaching language is not difficult as difficult as ten years ago. Technology can helps us to teach language clearly especially in listening skill.
In learning English also have some approach which can achieve in give the material and it is can make student easier to get the lesson especially in listening skill. According to Krashen’s hypothesis he said that listening skill have two approaches, those are natural approach and total psychical response. That approach which focus on comprehensible input and optimum effective. It means that student understand what they learn about with technology. Here student can repeat the lesson until they really understand about the lesson.
Besides that students also need the relax condition so they can get the lesson easier it is called by optimum effective. This is having many impacts for the students. Today many students get stress study language. This approach can make student learn the language without thinking too much and it is can reduces student anxiety and stress so student easier to understand the lesson. So as a teacher we should think that how we make student enjoy in learning second language by technology.
Yeah! Technology is very important in the education world, even mobile also have important role here especially in language learning. Learn with mobile more interest to study like uses the mobile phone to study, cell phone, and iPod. MALL is different from computer assisted in used because mobile is more simple than computer. There is much mobile which can be used to study like PDA (personal digital assisted), mobile phone, and iPods and MP3 players. Those are what kind of mobile which can use in study language.

Many advantages from this media that are portable, effective, practice, less expensive, arability can be limited. Besides that the disadvantage from this media is the LCD more small so we cannot see the full picture or other. Then how we can use this media in language learning that are with mobile phone we can sending vocab, mailing list, video call, etc.

what we can get from this technology are more easily to access data, quickly, more interest, more often associated with m-learning than mobile phone because their use has been integrated into various disciplines within high school, university, and medical school, etc. with this technology we can do anything with it especially in language learning it is can be used to listening skill, grammar, note, translator, etc. but besides of the advantage there is too the disadvantage of this technology that is more expensive than mobile phone.

The advantages of this technology in language learning are it is can help to develop the writing skill, listening, record voice orally, oral feedback, it is so portable, able to free download audio, etc.besides the advantages of this technology there is too the disadvantages from this technology that are if we used it in learning it is need long time to used the soft ware, but even like that much people used this technology because it is more practice to develop our listening skill.
And to design those technology program and activities in language learning are by computer interactivity vs. pedagogical interactivity and pedagogy first and technology second.

When we create CALL it is important to remember that it is the pedagogy which controls it.In other word technology is follow the educator or pedagogy. To create a multimedia CALL program it is essential include the target learner like age, learning style, motivation of learning, etc. then the language level of the learners, the purpose, the pedagogical approach, the appropriate use of technology and the last learning context.

Besides that there is too principles of CALL program design which include content design, visual design and navigation design. Content design consist of brevity that is component in the writing like short paragraph, used of bullets and tables, etc. then comprehensibility that mean the appropriate learner’s language and information which need to be organized, systematically, and clearly. The next is accuracy, its mean the content are accurate, valid, and unbiased. Then, interestingness and organization. The next important which include in content is visual design which include consistency, good uses of space, legibility, colorful, and contrast, repetition, alignment, proximity its mean that the different one and other should contrast and related with each other.
As we know that technology is important in our life especially in school. Usually technologies which develop in the school are ICT and Internet access. In the class modern foreign language classroom ICT can manifest many ways to development of keys skill in language that are listening, reading, writing and speaking. Like Microsoft word which can help to improve the writing skill, video recorder to improve the speaking and listening skill,etc.
ICT makes teacher to present the material like power point, electronic worksheets,etc. And for the students itself have many benefit they are with ICT in the classroom can motivate student to learn more about the material, the students can easier to understand the material, etc. Not only can that which can access in the class room but also internet access toobe help to development ICT in the class. It also can improve the ability to speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
There are many access internet which have to develop language learning in the class room that are Google, blog, web quest, Skype, face book, etc. For Google we can look something with Google like definition, picture, article, etc. There are many Google to develop our language learning that are Google book which it is can help to looking some book to read or buy it so we can buy book via online, then Google Cendikia where in here we can looking some article education, and then Google translate which it is make easy to translate some word which do not understand. This is can make easier to looking something which it is so difficult to understand.
Blog is once of internet access which have many benefit of it such as getting information quickly , with blog we can share whatever we think about. It is can help to develop the writing skill. It is also wake the creativity the student to be creative in blog. Not only writing skill can improve here but also this is can develop the reading skill and critical thinking by giving the some comment from blog. It is good to be student actually for the senior high school. because it is very useful to the study.
